In short: Astro Rules AI gives general astrological guidance — not professional advice. You must be 18 or older. Coins are bought in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, have no cash value and are used to unlock answers. Please use the Service fairly; we may block accounts that misuse it.

About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Astro Rules AI mobile app (the "App") and the website astrorulesai.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Rudhra ELink (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the App, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
You may hold one account, linked to the mobile number on your SIM and to your device.
You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service

The Service lets you browse astrology questions by category and unlock their answers with coins, in English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada. Content, features, languages and prices may change from time to time.

Answers are general astrological interpretations, provided for guidance and information only. They are not personal predictions and are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other. We do not guarantee any outcome, and any decision you make based on the content is your own responsibility.

Your Account

Your account is linked to your mobile number and your device. Keep your phone secure — you are responsible for everything done through your account.
Tell us at support@astrorulesai.com straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
We may suspend or block an account or device, without notice, if we reasonably believe it is being misused, used fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms.

Coins and Payments

Coins are bought through the plans shown in the App. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Coins are credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Coins are a licence to unlock content in the Service. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for money.
Coins are spent only after you confirm the cost on screen. Once an answer is unlocked, the coins used for it cannot be returned.
Coins do not expire while your account is active. Unused coins are lost if your account is deleted or terminated for breach of these Terms.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Referral Codes and Affiliates

Some purchases may get a discount through an affiliate's referral code, as shown at checkout. Referral discounts have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Affiliate partners are bound by their own agreement with us and do not act on our behalf.

Reviews and Feedback

When you submit a review, you allow us to show it — with your name and profile photo — in the App, on our website and in our promotions, free of charge. Reviews must be honest and must not be abusive, unlawful or misleading. We may moderate, decline, block or remove any review.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

copy, resell, publish or distribute answers or other content from the Service;
reverse-engineer, scrape, hack or disrupt the App, the website or our servers;
create multiple or fake accounts, or use multiple devices or referral codes to abuse offers;
misuse payments, including raising chargebacks for purchases you made and received;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — questions, answers, translations, text, graphics, logos and software — belongs to Rudhra ELink (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

Notifications

We may send you push notifications about your account, purchases, new content and offers. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.

Availability of the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on the content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rudhra ELink (OPC) Private Limited against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Ending Your Use

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue — such as the disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue after your access ends.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
